Clinical Family Social Worker
Job Objective: To provide comprehensive, long-term supportive services to families transitioning from homelessness to self-sufficiency targeting areas of housing, employment, education, financial literacy, transportation, mental and physical health, trauma and life skills.
Community Engagement Manager
Job Objective: To support and/or guide community engagement efforts including; developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, coordinating and overseeing volunteer activities, supporting and implementing related communication efforts and serving as an outreach lead for external opportunities and events.
Corporate Engagement Manager
Job Objective: The Corporate Engagement Manager reports directly to the Chief Development Officer and is responsible for strengthening and evolving existing relationships as well as prospecting and building new long-term partnerships with corporations that result in funding for the immediate and long-term goals and priorities of Charlotte Family Housing (CFH). The Corporate Engagement Manager is responsible for raising capital from CFH corporate partnerships, this including but not limited to human/intellectual, reputational/brand, and in-kind/financial capital. The position requires the expertise to advance the work of CFH by identifying sources of support, proactively seeking opportunities to generate new partnerships and sponsorships based on aligning corporate interests, and by maintaining strong communication ties with corporate donors and prospects.
Development and Communications Manager
Job Objective: To lead grant writing and communications efforts, in addition to strengthening relationships with existing private foundations and cultivating relationships with new foundations.
