Happy Home Buckets Donation Drive presented by One ACT Foundation
Our friends from the One ACT Foundation are organizing a Happy Home Bucket Donation Drive on behalf of Charlotte Family Housing. It will take place at Heist Brewery on Saturday, September 7, 2019, from Noon to 3 PM.
*When families move from a shelter unit into housing, Charlotte Family Housing provides them with a “Happy Home Bucket” that includes basic housecleaning essentials.
*Items needed for the “Happy Home Bucket” donation drive include:
- Mops, Brooms and dust pans
- Kitchen garbage bags
- Laundry detergent
- Dryer sheets
- Dishwashing detergent
- Dish cloths
- Toilet bowl brushes
- All-purpose cleaners
- Toilet bowl cleaners
- Kitchen and Bathroom cleaners (*non-abrasive, please)
- Oven cleaners
- Gloves
- Pest Control spray
*Please bring new housecleaning essentials, then stay to assemble the “Happy Home Buckets” that the One Act Foundation plans to donate to us!
